Thank you for shopping with Label Llama. We are committed to getting your custom stickers, labels, and signs to you as quickly as possible — with no nonsense.

PRODUCTION TIME

All orders are custom printed after proof approval. Standard production time is 4 business days from the date your proof is approved. Rush production (3 business days) is available at checkout for eligible orders up to $750.

Please note: Production time does not begin until you approve your digital proof. We will email you a proof after your order is placed. Approving your proof promptly ensures the fastest possible delivery.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

Free 2-Day Shipping
All orders up to $2,500 qualify for free 2-day shipping via UPS or FedEx. No minimum order quantity required.

Free Ground Shipping
All orders over $2,500 receive free ground shipping automatically applied at checkout.

Rush Shipping
Rush shipping (overnight or 2-day express) is available at checkout for eligible orders up to $2,500. Rush shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary based on order size and destination.

We ship from our production facilities in Poway, California and Las Vegas, Nevada.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard orders: 4 business days production + 2-day shipping = approximately 6 business days total
Rush production orders: 3 business days production + shipping

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Label Llama is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including APO/FPO military addresses via the US Postal Service. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We do not offer local pick-up at either of our production facilities.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS AND MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We do not support split shipments to multiple addresses. If you need orders delivered to more than one address, please place separate orders for each address. We do not offer blind shipping.

DATE-SPECIFIC DELIVERY

We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, and it is common for orders to arrive earlier than expected. We do not offer date-hold services for delivery.

If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend accounting for both production time and shipping time, and approving your proof as quickly as possible.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

We recommend signing up for UPS My Choice (ups.com/mychoice) to receive delivery alerts and manage your deliveries more flexibly.

UPDATING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us at support@labelllama.com or call 858-874-7750 within 2 business days of placing your order. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment of returned packages. Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout to avoid delays.

PACKAGING

We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure your stickers, labels, and signs arrive in perfect condition. All orders are shipped in protective packaging appropriate for the product type.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged items and email them to support@labelllama.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

We are unable to accommodate special shipping requirements, carrier account numbers, or custom packaging requests. All orders ship via our standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) using our standard packaging.
