What file formats do you accept?
PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, and JPG at 300 DPI minimum. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) give the sharpest results. Our prepress team will flag any issues before printing.
How long does turnaround take?
4 business days from proof approval to your door. We email a digital proof first — once you approve it, we go to press.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — free on all orders up to $2,500. No hidden fees, no minimum order quantity required.
Can I request changes after my proof?
Absolutely. Request as many changes as you need before approving. We don't go to press until you're completely happy with your proof.
