Refund policy

At Label Llama, every order is custom printed specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, our refund and return policy is different from standard retail stores. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE

We stand behind the quality of every order we produce. If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from your approved proof, we will reprint or refund your order at no cost to you.

We use HP Indigo digital presses — the gold standard for short-run custom print — and our prepress team reviews every file before it goes to press.

REPRINTS AND REFUNDS

We will issue a full reprint or refund in the following circumstances:

• Your order arrived damaged or defective
• Your order was printed significantly differently from your approved digital proof
• Your order was lost in transit and not delivered
• We made a production error on our end

To request a reprint or refund, please email support@labelllama.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect items and packaging

We will review your request and respond within 1 business day with a resolution.

WHAT WE CANNOT REFUND

Because every order is custom printed to your specifications, we are unable to offer refunds or reprints in the following situations:

• You are unhappy with the design you submitted — we print exactly what you provide and approve
• The colors look different on screen than in print — screen colors (RGB) and print colors (CMYK) will always vary
• You ordered the wrong size, shape, or quantity — please review your order carefully before checkout
• You provided low-resolution artwork and were warned about quality before approving your proof
• You approved a proof that contained an error — once a proof is approved, production begins and changes cannot be made
• Your order was delivered to an incorrect address you provided at checkout

PROOF APPROVAL POLICY

Every order at Label Llama goes through a digital proof approval process. This is your opportunity to review exactly how your stickers will look before they are printed.

By approving your proof, you confirm that:

• The artwork, text, size, shape, and colors are correct
• The cut line (for die-cut products) is positioned correctly
• You are satisfied and ready for your order to go to press

Once a proof is approved, production begins immediately and no changes can be made. Please review your proof carefully before approving.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before your proof is approved. Once your proof has been approved, your order enters production immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified.

COLOUR VARIATION NOTICE

All colours are printed in CMYK. Pantone colours are converted to their nearest CMYK equivalent. Screen colours (RGB/HEX) will appear differently when printed. We strongly recommend supplying artwork in CMYK colour mode to ensure the most accurate colour reproduction.

Slight colour variations between orders are normal for digital printing and do not constitute a defect.

DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, please:

1. Take photos of the outer packaging and damaged items immediately upon opening
2. Email support@labelllama.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
3. Do not discard the packaging — we may need it for carrier claims

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours and your local carrier facility first. If the package is confirmed lost, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a reprint or refund.

PROCESSING REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
