How much does shipping cost?

Free 2-day shipping on all orders up to $2,500 and free ground shipping on all orders over $2,500. Rush shipping is available at checkout for eligible orders.

When will my order arrive?

Standard production is 4 business days plus 2-day ground shipping. Rush production (3 business days) is available at checkout for orders up to $750.

Can you rush my order?

Orders up to $750 are eligible for rush production and rush shipping at checkout. Rush production is not available for larger orders.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes — 2-day and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for eligible orders up to $2,500.

Do you ship to APO/FPO boxes?

Yes, we ship to APO/FPO boxes free via the US Postal Service. Enter a military zip code at checkout and we will automatically identify it as APO/FPO.

Can I pick up my order at your facility?

No, we do not allow local pick-ups.

Can I update my shipping address on an existing order?

Yes — email or call us with your updated address within two business days of placing your order and we will update it for you.

Do you offer split shipments to multiple addresses?

We do not support shipments to multiple addresses. Please place a separate order for each different address.

Will you blind ship my order?

No, we do not offer blind shipping.

Can you deliver my order to an exact date?

No. We ship every order as fast as possible and it is common for orders to arrive earlier than expected. We are not able to date-hold deliveries.

Do I need to sign for my order?

The UPS My Choice program allows you to take more control over your deliveries. Visit ups.com to sign up.

Do you accommodate special shipping requirements?

We do not accommodate special shipping requirements. All orders ship via the method selected during checkout using our standard packaging.

Is rush production available for large orders?

No, rush production is not available for orders over $750.

How will you package my stickers?

We carefully package all orders to ensure your stickers arrive in perfect condition. If you receive damaged stickers, email a photo to support@labelllama.com and we will get them replaced.

My address was wrong — what do I do?

Contact us immediately at support@labelllama.com. Orders can be returned due to missing apartment numbers, wrong zip codes, or other address errors.

What file formats do you accept?

All products accept PNG, PDF, and EPS. Some products also accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files. These files cannot be printed unless converted to our template first.

How do I indicate a cut line in my artwork?

For standard shapes (circles, rectangles), we show you the cut line in your online proof. For custom shapes, we automatically create a cut line and show it in the proofing tool.

Can I request a change after I approve my proof?

No changes can be made after proof approval. Once approved, your order goes immediately into production. Review your proof carefully before approving.

Why did my color change during proofing?

Our artists always maintain the largest proportions of your artwork. Sometimes minor adjustments are made during proofing to ensure the image is proportional and not stretched.

What if my artwork is low quality?

Low resolution artwork will typically yield a low-quality sticker. We check the resolution and will advise you if there are any concerns before going to press.

How do I increase the resolution of my artwork?

Upload vector artwork in AI or PDF format, or raster images at 300 DPI or higher. Always set up your artwork with the maximum quality possible.

Can you print Pantone colors?

We convert Pantone colors to their CMYK equivalents for printing. For the most accurate color match, provide your CMYK values directly.

Are templates available?

Yes — templates are available in PDF format for all standard shapes. After selecting your size, click the Download Template link on the product page.

Can you print neon or exact colors?

We are not able to print neon colors. We print in CMYK and Pantone colors are converted to their CMYK equivalents.

What is the minimum font size?

It depends on the size, font color, and background. Generally at least 6–8pt is required for legibility.

Do I need to outline my fonts?

If your artwork is a vector file, yes — outline your fonts before submitting to ensure text displays correctly at any size.

Can you remove a watermark from artwork?

We are not able to remove watermarks from artwork, as they represent the individual rights of the artist.

How long do I have to approve my proof?

We recommend approving within 24 hours. However, production only begins after approval — take as much time as you need.

Can I upload multiple images when ordering?

Only the sticker sheet product supports multiple images. For all other products, one file per order is required.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum order quantity. Order as few or as many as you need. Pricing scales with quantity.

Can I reorder the same stickers?

Yes — reorder directly from your account order history. Your artwork and settings are saved for easy reordering.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before the proof is approved. Once you approve, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes — pricing is quantity-based. The more you order, the lower the per-unit price. See the price update in real time on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are SSL secured.

Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?

Yes — place a small quantity order first. Since we have no minimum, you can order just a few to check quality before a larger run.

What is a proof?

A proof is a digital preview of exactly how your stickers will look when printed. We send it by email after your order is placed. Your stickers only go to press after you approve it.

How long does it take to receive my proof?

Most proofs are sent within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9AM–5PM PST). Orders placed after hours receive proofs the next business morning.

Can I request changes to my proof?

Yes — before you approve, request any changes you need. Our prepress team will update and resend. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

What happens if I don't approve my proof?

Your order will not go to production until you approve. We send a reminder after 24 hours. If you need stickers by a specific date, approve your proof as soon as possible.
